About Our Ministry

Growing Together in Faith, Worship, and Service

At Debre Amin Abune Tekle Haymanot Ethiopian Orthodox Tewahedo Church, our ministries are dedicated to serving God, strengthening the spiritual lives of the faithful, and nurturing a Christ-centered community.

Rooted in the Holy Scriptures, apostolic faith, and sacred traditions of the Ethiopian Orthodox Tewahedo Church, our ministries bring together clergy, families, children, youth, and adults in a shared journey of worship, spiritual growth, fellowship, and service.

Each ministry plays an important role in fulfilling the mission of the Church—preserving our Orthodox Christian faith, passing its teachings to future generations, caring for those in need, and encouraging every member to use their God-given gifts in service to Christ and His Church.

Serve With Us

The Church is one body with many members, each called to contribute according to the gifts entrusted to them by God.

“As each one has received a gift, minister it to one another, as good stewards of the manifold grace of God.” — 1 Peter 4:10

We invite every member of our parish community to take part in the life and ministries of the Church through prayer, learning, volunteering, and faithful service.

Together, we strive to glorify God, strengthen our community, and pass on the Orthodox Christian faith to generations to come.
